Jake leads Larklea’s financial analysis and transactional services. He has devoted his career to rethinking local food systems and helping agricultural businesses plan ahead. As an experienced business planner, he has provided family offices and private foundations with due diligence, operations, and asset management for a variety of multi-million dollar infrastructure investments and regenerative agriculture across thousands of acres. He lives in Carbondale, Colorado.

Tad Cooke
Tad heads up our facilitation, funding, and project implementation. He brings 15 years of project development and food and farm operations to bear in our work, helping farmers, food businesses, non-profits, and family offices across the US to plan, structure, and secure blended capital — ranging from equity to revenue-based financing, private philanthropy, payments for ecosystem services, and competitive public grants. He lives and farms in Pittsford, Vermont.
